Sent the wife to get ribs, she doesnt know the difference so she got one rack of St. Louis and one of Baby Backs - Sounds good to me.

Perfect day to BBQ - 65F and partial sun.

I have been building a couple of AR rifles and getting parts from LaRue Tactical, they sent me a couple of jars of their "Dillo Dust" that I am trying out.

Gonna go 3-2-1 on these, bout a hour and a half in now

Looking good, how about some pics of the AR build?

Sounds like the Mrs. knows what she's doing. One of each to keep you on your toes :-)
What's the caliber?

Thanks Al, they ribs turned out great. We still have enough left over for a lunch today.

We foil them up and put them in the oven @ 190F for 2-3 hrs and they are great again on day two!

Have a great day.

sorry for bumping an old post, but i am wondering if anyone has made the dillo dust from scratch.

i got a container of that in my "goodie bag" at the last NH state IDPA championships, and it is empty.  i'm not sure if larue tactical is giving it away with their orders anymore,  but i'm not a fan of a lot of their stuff to place an order anyway.

just wondering if anyone has made it from scratch?

thanks!
