Thanks to S2K9K for the awesome recipe! Here is my attempt at repeating his injection method. I used his same 1:2 ratio of creole butter and franks wing sauce on 5lbs of wings. Smoked for about two hours at 300* I overlooked them a little, but they were still delicious!

All the prep ingredients.

Injection time. Funny watching the wings puff out filling with sauce.

Post Cajun seasoning.

Going into smoker.

Wood chips still burned despite the cast iron pan used. Hopefully using chunks will solve that.

One hour mark.

Wings look great

Just did a batch yesterday myself - we make our own cajun butter as we can't find it out here and I found that it is inexpensive to make fresh

You're Very Welcome Maria and Billy!

Sorry I didn't see this til today!

Awesome looking where did you get the creole butter ? Did you make it?
I buy it at a grocery store (Kroger) it's next to all the BBQ sauces but if you want to make your own Scarbelly posted a link on post #6 of this thread for his recipe. I want to try it but just haven't gotten around to it yet, in fact I haven't smoked any wings or chicken in awhile, hmmmmmm...........might need to fix that problem....
