You guys are making me jealous. We are heading south from Ohio on January 6th. Staying very near Lake Okeechobee. Have Fun!

We usually do, Yes... I am doing a maple bourbon ham for Friday... Maybe a venison ham (not cured) as well...
I have a fat pork tenderloin which will be "soaking" in a marinade. if it's not too much pork for Friday night, I'll probably inject it and throw it on the kettle. Sliced this will be good for sandwiches or knife/fork.

So I've not heard anybody speak up and say they will take Mark's @Discus39 site yet... So I offered it to my neighbors and they said they will take it for Fri. and Sat. ... Let me know if somebody has already spoke up for it as I see there is only one site left available in the whole campground...

I am so looking forward to this... There is gonna be a shitload of people there... Might be biggest yet...

The offer is still open for the flavored smart water.. let me know...

So Mark's site (26) has just become available again as my neighbors have backed out of camping but still plan on doing a day trip Saturday...

We've had 2.5 days of rain up here in Gainesville, and i saw it was pouring yesterday during the Bucs game. So hopefully this burn ban will be lifted!

Highly unlikely.. .We only got an overnight rain here and we are due west of the campground about 45 minutes... I'm still gonna try it... what's the worst can happen... They come and tell ya to put it out ???

Didn't get much (if any) down in Hardee County. I checked and they haven't lifted the ban.
I watched the radar and it was around the bay area at the southern most and pretty much followed I-4 to the NE.

Looks as we may have to break out the long pants. Got some chilly weather forecasts.
Going to be a bugger to build sourdough starter and proof bread.
