Hi all. I have been stalking this form for information for quite a while and figured it might as well sign up and join in. Looking to learn from the experts here
Location-central pennsylvania
Equipment-Rectec 680- pellet smoker/grill
My wife just got me a Rec Tec in February and I've been using it quite often... everything from ribs to whole chickens to brisket to butts
