If you have a Vallarta market near you they have japs on sale right now 2# for $1. I was at one in Simi Valley yesterday and picked up a bag. These are really fresh and great size for ABT's

They also had Pasilla's 3# for $1 and cilantro 5 for $1.

I also found out that they carry pork bellies

I love good tiendas/carnicerias!  FRESH handmade tortillas??? YUM!!!  great for spice shopping, too.

No vallarta near me but here's my place. http://www.superkrm.com/   I can get my tripe for .89 a pound there.

 And the hot sauce selection is frickin awesome.
