Thought this worth bring back up from Keith. I forgot about them. Having with my Ribeye tonight.

I've been doing something similar for a very long time. Just simply quarter a white or yellow onion, one pat of butter, salt and pepper and wrap the same way. But I like Keith's recipe a whole lot better and can't wait to try it. With the Vidalia onion and the sauces it has to be way better! A couple of nice Costco strip steaks just got moved up to the 'on deck' circle.

Damn, that's a lot of food to get around in one setting! My wife and I would have to share that. Looks great though, my kind of meal for sure.
