Picked up a nice bottom round. I have been craving a good french dip so why not! Fired up the mini with KBB, cherry and Kiawe. Keeping the temps low to get max smoke on this guy. Seasoned all sides with salt, pepper, chipotle, and garlic. Will pull it at an IT of 130. Let rest for 30-45 and then it's game on! Smoke away!!!
