I'm having my co-workers and their spouses over to the house in a couple of weeks for some que, so I went to the local store to see what my Butcher had available (went looking for either baby back ribs or pork butts). I found baby backs ribs for $2.99 a pound!! I asked the Butcher why the deal and he said that they where supposed to be in for the July 4th celebration but they didn't arrive in time. I asked him if he would sell me a case and he told me that he was down to a case and a half and he's got to try and make them last until next Tuesday!! Oh well!!

So the menu is planned- baby back ribs featuring Tulsa Jeff's Neked Rib Rub; my now famous "Wicked

Baked Beans" and a new recipe for Red, White and Blue 'tater salad.
