First thanks to @krj for the idea on these eggs.. made Scotch Eggs and then used the yolks to make a traditional Deviled Egg filling... who knows what they should be called at this point.

I was challenged to make a wooden Taco Holder. This one is made from Walnut, Padauk and Purpleheart with Tiger Maple inserts.

KC, you've got some wood working skills. The deviled Scotch eggs is a pretty neat idea.

Thank you!
The eggs were fantastic!

I dont know what to call them eggs in the first pic, but they look darn good. And the rest, as usual, is over the top.

Jim

I am sure someone will come up with a cool name!
Thank you Jim!

Nice looking spread. Beautiful woodwork there! I'd just call them "dibs"! I'm calling dibs on the dibs! Love the creativity

Great looking Tasty Treats you got there, Charlie!!
Fancy little Taco Holder too!----Like.
Bear Jr uses a lot of exotics, including the 3 you used here.
He found a place not far from here that sells a bunch of them.
He sells a lot of stuff on Etsy.

The closest woodshop is about a 40 mile round trip for me and with all the COVID 19 stuff.. it's getting to be close to two years since I have been there.. Luckily I found enough scrap material to put something together.
