I made New Orleans shrimp and hot ham and cheese poboys tonight. Holy Moly was they good! I started by making New Orleans French bread from scratch then fried the shrimp and added some homemade mayo a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and a slice of tomato. Used my deli slicer to slice a boneless ham I smoked with cheddar! Laissez les bons temps rouler! (Let the Good times roll)!
