7 Pepper & Honey BBQ Sticks

    These 2 batches are 2.5 lbs ea. Both are mixes from Owens BBQ  (Marty & Tanya have some good mixes)

    7 Pepper, sheep casing.


    Honey bbq, sheep casing.


    Ready for the freezer. Taking them up to my friend in KY on the 14th for a get together.

  2. I just made their Honey BBQ sticks this past weekend too!  Added some high temp pepper jack to the mix.  Pretty good stuff!

    Nice work, great looking meat sticks! As good as the Honey BBQ meat sticks are we found adding dehydrated pineapple to the mix brings the meat sticks to a whole new level! We are currently working with a supplier hoping we can offer the dehydrated pineapple for those that might be interested.
