60 Rib-o-lator Flappers

  1. These are some cut up wings i did on the ROL. i used Montreal steak seasoning on them, and they where fantastic. there where about 60 pieces, and I cooked them at about 350 for about 45min.

    My belly liked them allot!

    Hey Bob..The chicken looks great !!  I haven't found time to use the rol since my first rib run...But i think chicken is gonna be my next victim...Happy smokes !! [​IMG]
  3. i find cooking temps at 300-325 to be the best.

    Well your wings look great and that ROL looks like it did a fine job.
