As in, it's 33° outside at the moment. Might've been a couple degrees higher when I started. Not going to let a little snow stop me, but hey, at least it's not raining.

And a couple of chunks of apple for smoke.

Watching. Nice big loaf you have.

What do you have the coals in? Slo n Sear?

No, they're just a couple of rounded charcoal baskets that came with the Weber.

Nice looking meatloaf, the Kettle is an amazingly universal outdoor cooker.

Point for sure

Looks Great, M !!:)
I Like it!
Nice Job.
I gotta make one of them, but I think I'll wait for nicer weather.

For the benefit of folks who are on the fence about buying a Weber kettle, I forgot to mention that it was chugging along at a steady 350° for the entire smoke, even in such low temperatures. Once you get the temp dialed in, it doesn't seem to matter if it's 33° or 83°. These things are remarkably consistent.

Good looking meatloaf you made there. I tend to like them more from the smoker then from the oven. Point

Walmart carries them. . . . Actually anywhere that sells Weber products should have them and they are inexpensive.

John
Right. I just put up a link for the pic . I was at lowest today the had them for 15 bucks for the set .
