What are yours?

For us, it's 2 turkeys...1 16+lber brined, injected, and smoked. The other, an 18lber., injected and fried. Also a double smoked ham along with about any side dish you can imagine. My mission, should I choose to accept it, is the turkeys and the sweet potato casseroles. Most everyone is bringing something. We'll have around 35-40 people here, it'll be a great time with family and friends...

Big venture there Charles
No family or friends this year. We haven't made any plans.
Make sure the turkey you fry has a vent around the neck so the oil gets in the whole carcass and doesn't trap any air. Yeah preaching to the choir but a reminder for the others reading the posts.

Just the two of us. I'm going to smoke up the neighborhood with apple chunks.

I have a 13 pound ham sitting in brine. It's the Sweeter-than-sweet LEM kit I bought with the SMF20 discount on the LEM site a few weeks ago. I've read, after the fact, the LEM kits can be salty. We'll see how it turns out.

We always do our Thanksgiving the Saturday after and will just have a smaller group of the kids/grandkids, maybe a couple other family members. Doing the smoked turkey and a ham because my son prefers it to turkey, and most of the normal sides.

We always get a to go for Thursday actually Thanksgiving day from a local Tex-Mex place that makes a Thanksgiving burrito that's amazing, so that will likely be our Thursday dinner.
