Venison brats on Mom's Weber kettle. Always eat Sunday dinner with Mom and this is what she decided to cook today.
Made these in 10# batch with 70/30 venison and pork fat. A.C. Leggs brat seasoning and high temp cheddar cheese. Cook to IT 165-170.
This was from my son's deer kill last november. Lots of good eating been going on!

Dang, looks great. Moments before reading this I was thinking I was going to get some brats to grill. You sealed the deal.

Green beans were flavored with homemade bacon ends.
Stove top stufiing.
Fuller than a dog tick. Need a nap.
