Aright, had like 20 people over yesterday, so didnt want to cook all day. So fired up the Mak 2 star, and got it rolling with 6 racks of St. Louis Ribs. Smoked them for couple hrs, wrapped with some real honey and butter for hr or so, then unwrapped for another hr or so, sauced at the last...

I like my steak like I like my women.....thiccccc. So got a 36oz Rib Eye seasoned up, and going to add some shrimp, then fire up some lump charcoal and hit it.
This newer Four Sixes seasoning is pretty good, so used it on the steak this time.
Anyone work with them for a product review promo?

Ok, seasoned up a nice Rib Eye, and some chicken breast. Fired up some lump charcoal on the weber kettle. Small cook for me so no need to use a big cooker.
Seasoned the Rib Eye with some Four Sixes cowboy seasoning, newer seasoning I have tried a few times.
Quick dinner........for tonight.
Alright, .... trimmed up a couple Tri-Tips, hit them with olive oil/garlic/rosemary blended up, then rubbed them down with a course rub.
Then tossed them into my new chamber vac on marinade cycle for a couple cycles.
Then onto the Scottsdale Santa Maria with Pecan wood.

Alright, got my new Avid Armour chamber vacuum sealer, so got a couple chickens, cut them in halfs, made up some good marinade, and vacuumed sealed the chicken and marinade for two hrs.

Alright fired up the Scottsdale Santa Maria grill with some oak wood, slapped on two fat Tri-Tips and grilling them up as we speak... a few progress pics as we go.

Found some prime rib for $5lb , and Tri-Tips $3.99lb.... thats good for out here in CA. So loaded up, and will cut up and vacuum seal tomorrow. Thought I would share :)
Fired up the Scottsdale with some Lump Charcoal & Almond wood. Cut a fat rib eye, nice and thick, seasoned it up and some little lamb chops....... and got to grilling.
Seasoned with course salt, pepper, garlic and finished with a litte tab of homemade herb compound butter.

Ok, I usually dont freeze meats often. But with prices going up, having a larger family, and some of the newer vacuum sealers. I might start buying larger cuts on sale, butchering them up, sealing them, and freezing to use withing a 2-4 month window.

Never cooked lamb before, got some lamb chops to grill up.... plan is to season and cook direct heat over lump charoal and treat them like beef filet mignons ..... lets see how this goes.

Alright, it was my wifes birthday, I asked whats your favorite food I make? "those filets steaks"..... Ok, sounds good to me..... Fired up some lump charcoal, sliced up some 2 inch filets, hit them with some course SPG seasoning, and seared them up.
