Alright, got my new Avid Armour chamber vacuum sealer, so got a couple chickens, cut them in halfs, made up some good marinade, and vacuumed sealed the chicken and marinade for two hrs.

Then onto the Scottsdale Santa Maria grill with almond wood..... here are some in progress pics.

Curious to see how the vacuum sealer can marinade meat in just a couple hrs

What's your first impression of the chamber sealer?
I like it so far, only used it for the chicken halves. Tomorrow may go grab some Tri-Tips that are on sell, so we will see with some bigger pieces of meat.

But first impression, I think I will like it alot more then my regular vacuum sealer. Doing liquids in it are easy
