Sometimes I dont foil at all, but when I do its for shorter time, about 1hr tops for me. I these got foiled with some butter and honey for 1hr. The ones on the Mak 2 star, no foil or wrap. Just a few spritz on those ones.wow those were the ribs I meant to smoke yesterday. I left mine on in foil too long and ended up with mushy, fall apart ribs. Nice job on yours!
Me.....lol, just cooked them on my Scottsdale Santa Maria grill, which Santa Maria grills are a CA thing. But mine has a lid so I can set it up kinda like an offset cooker. In essence, me just making crap up :)That look killer! What are California style?
