This guy came up on my video feed, and I love hash browns. So I gave it a whirl this morning. Glad I did. They have a great crunch to them.

Looks like you nailed it . I have to agree with his comment in the first line on the websit .
I'm a hash brown junky . I've had limited success at home , and I do pretty much like he discribes .

NICE. Would love to geek out on those but no time. I have perfected home fries at least. Restaurants like Waffle House use dry and hydrate. Best I ever made but not as good as my homefries. Anymore, I prefer the simplicity of tater tots when craving the CRONCH. I am know to grab a bunch at Sonic for breakfast next day or so.
