I might be reading it wrong but it looks like plum has bay far the highest PAH4 level and that's not a good thing. I have another bag of KnottyWood plum pellets to finish up. Yikes.

Those plum pellets mixed with cherry gave my buckboard bacon the best color I’ve ever seen in any of my smokes. And besides, I just discovered I have 2 bags, not 1.

I'd put cherry/hickory right behind it and have pretty much used it on everything since I started doing bacon.
