WINGS n HAWAIIAN BRATS - 26 KETTLE

Hello fellow banjo and non banjo enthusiasts. Up for dinner tonight was chicken wings and Hawaiian brats. Seasoned the wings ip with TIPS bbq rub. This stuff is good. Made right here in Arkansas. Used the 26in Weber Kettle with the vortex. Added a chuck of pear wood for some light smoke. Turned out really good, especially the Hawaiian brats. Our local grocery store makes them in house. Wife made mustard style potato salad too. Here are some pictures:

Tell me more about these Hawaiian Brats....

Was nice out. Around 70 degrees. Their Hawaiian Brats are a “once a month special” at our local grocery store. The brats are sweet. I’m thinking they have chunks of pineapple ground up with them. If I see the butcher I will ask. I almost did Hawaiian Brat patty burgers for the cook yesterday.

Looks great! Like indaswamp I’d like to hear more about the brats.

I’m going to ask the butcher his specialty on those suckers.
