Hello kids!

The local grocery store had a meat sale. I found a package of country style ribs. Price was right. Used mustard as a binder. A nice pork rub I got from JLinza JLinza was added. Vortex was added to the Weber 26” with a hickory chunk. Vortex style ribs! I used a bbq sauce glaze I got from JLinza JLinza to marinate/sauce with. Took about a hour and 35 minutes. Done. IT temp was 195.

Turned out great. Later. Banjo Man Out.

Whoooa! Justin. That’s a show stopper right there. Those look excellent. Me loves some CSR.

Nice job! That looks amazing! 🔥

Man candy! And gotta love the double starch sides!

CSR's are the only "ribs" I do from scratch anymore (not really ribs of course). So much more bang for the buck and can be eaten with a fork when done well.

Some great looking CSR there Justin and I've got to fire up my kettle this weekend!
Glaze sounds very tasty too.

A nice looking plate of food. Mac salad with chunks of cheese is a classic. The ribs.....we need taste-o-vision on this website.

That is epic!!!! 100%. What is that glaze though? I may need to drive to Salida, Colorado and get a jar (I'm trying hard to get my jeep to the San Juans before it gets too cold!!!!!)

Those CS ribs are bangers!

Nice! Been in the same boat lately! Grilled country ribs are the bomb diggity!
