Last week it was my turn to host my synagogue’s monthly “whiskey and cigar night” (the men’s club) meeting. I thought what goes better with scotch, bourbon, rye, and cigars than wings? Nothing obviously. So I tossed nine pounds of wings on the smoker and gone in20 minutes. It really was good whiskeys.

Looks really good cooker. If weather permits we'll be doing wings tonight.

Point for sure
Chris

Sounds like a good event to me.

I need to get some wings on the smoker as it's been while since I've done some up.

They already have. Haha

A nice selection. The crowd is pretty well divided between scotch and bourbon drinkers. So...
Scotch: Craggelacchie 13 yr. old, Glenrothes 12yr. old, and Highland Park.
Bourbon: Paddleford, Balcones Texas bourbon, and Blantons
Rye: High West Double Rye
As you can see we take our whiskey seriously. It’s always a chance to try something new.
