What's the best beverage to drink when smoking what meat?

Depends on what I'm smoking. If I'm smoking pork or beef I have beer. If I'm smoking chicken, I'll have beer. However, if it's winter time, I'll have beer.

You might wanna try beer sometime... you'd be surprised at how good it goes down when it's frosty mug cold...
