Nobody realized she was missing until her mother came to pick her up about an hour after they arrived back from the park, then another 2-3 hours missing during the search.
One or more people must be terminated for gross negligence and endangerment.
Then the matter of instituting strict protocols and training can be addressed.
The safety of those in their care must be ensured.
Chile- Glad she is safe back home now. I was getting nervous reading through this thread until I came upon this post. My cousin has a special needs child. Not sure of exactly what she has, but she can not talk. Wheel chair bound. She is 18. Has to be spoon fed like a baby.She's a great big 21yr'ol who for all intents is an overgrown 6yr'ol at best.
