Vortex burgers

Been awhile since I had time to cook. Son wanted burger and to cook them. So we fired up the kettle with the vortex. Mushroom swiss burgers.

They were great as always but next time I think bacon is needed. Had a nice smoke ring too.

Should have made the burgers to make them bigger then the premade from the butcher

I've seen many threads with Vortex Chicken. First time seeing Vortex Burgers. Just went on that to do list of things to try. I love Mushrooms with any kind of Beef. Nicely done, Sir...JJ
