After a peaceful day. We enjoyed a good dinner.

Got some jalapenos going the way Brian @BrianGSDTexoma did the other day. Great tip on not cutting the entire stem off to keep the cheese in. Sharp cheddar wrapped in bacon. Goofed there. I used the thin sliced on the steak cubes instead of the thick cut. So, I only had thick cut for these. Dusted with Grill Mates chipotle & roasted garlic. I just cooked on lower flame until the bacon rendered a bit. Then went on high with the dome on.

Plate shot. Had 1/3 pound angus burgers with toppings. Hey, Rich @chopsaw. Had bread and butter chips on these. With 1000 island dressing. These were delicious! Broke out the fine China for this too!

Looks and sounds like it ! Nice work . You have me looking at 5 burner gas grills .
I was using them on smoked burgers . BBQ sauce and the Bread and butter pickles .
So good .
I'm hoping I don't lose my German ancestry card , but I used some on my cheddar brat in place of kraut yesterday for lunch .
It's a keeper .
