Thanks Gary! They are really good. Serve with a bit of cranberry jelly, so good. Probably would be good with pepper jelly or mint jelly too.

I know! I ate one pie, gave one to my mom. Vac packed the rest...

I still have a pasty, empanada like one that I made as there was a bit left over. I'll cut into that later today!

Here's a picture of the stove my mom used to cook all her pies in. When she added onto her house the fire marshal made her disconnect it from the flue. Since it is not U.L. approved it cant legally be hooked up. Everything in it is perfect. All the metal and fire brick is good.  She would cook Turkey in it for thanksgiving and Christmas. She also bakes all our bread in it.

When I get to build my cabin, it's going in it and it will be hooked up!
