Tune Up for NW Fl Gathering Whole Chicken with Q-View

Doc's on my butt so decided to do some chicken and stay away from the pork til next weekend. I think I need a new DOC. Also wanted to get the grill ready for Jerry's.

Over night brine and A little creole butter injection. That's got to be good for the heart!

Thanks Guys. My wife doesn't like the leg and thigh quarters( my favorite) but she really enojyed the whole bird, she only eats the white meat. Came out really juicey. Going to make some kind of pasta with the leftovers tonight.
