It was a good and quick meal, and like you I chewed it up way too fast. Rested for 10 minutes then, cake

Still had room for a big slice of my Chocolate cake for fathers day

I missed this one David. Great looking meal. Looking through your potato recipes. I thinking of just going smash as I had busy morning. I like the idea of adding cheese. That sounds like the winner for today! I really need to do some of your more involved recipes. Just got to plan a ahead. I really want to do that one where you pressed those slices together.

Yes I like the potatoes done this way with the cheese and onions also. The cheese helps keep the whole thing together better.

And yes the layered and pressed potatoes are fun to do, but yes a little planning ahead to compress in the fridge for awhile.
