Injected with a 2:1 mixture of Frank's Wing sauce and jalapeno butter marinade.

Remaining marinade drizzled on top and coated in old Bay seasoning.

On the MB XL Propane at 275ish. Looking forward to these!

They look great, I'm going to half to sneak a few of these in the next time I do wings. I say sneak because the wife isn't into jalapeno peppers.

Did you buy or make the Jalapeno butter marinade? I would like to try that next time I do wings.
