Now when I cut in this thing I thought that this is gonna be good. Now being a solid member of this place I have gotten into the rythym of taking pictures of my food so here they are:

 

I had to make some more ABt's for we haven't had them in a couple of weeks.

 

I hope you like them as much as I did.

Perfect temp on the beef. Did it twitch when you sliced into it?

X3, keep it alive enough in case you can't get to it at first, you can give it CPR to keep it fresh until you're ready!
