Hey everybody! I just became a member of this forum. I am in Lexington, KY and started smoking meats last Memorial Day weekend. I have been reading through this site for the past few months & have used the tips & tricks to help me do my 1st smoked butt, chicken, turkey breast & wings. The amount of info and help available is fantastic! I credit the wisdom I found within to help make my very 1st pulled pork project a smashing success! I love how freely all the members offer tips, tricks, recipes, etc. I can't wait to learn & grow & contribute!
