Hello fellow smokers.My name is Greg and i am from Overton,Texas.I am just a cowboy lonesome on the trail(some of you may remember that song) and if you do you are as old as i am lol.I am a retired welder looking to refine the art of smoking.Looks like i have finally found the right place.I have a weber horizontal smoker and am looking forward to trying out some new tricks and recipes as well as making a lt of new friends........sincerely............Greg
