    Is everybody happy with very little smokey wood flavor on their pellet smoker?

    I'm just tired of wasting money buying pellets. I never had any complaints about meat. coming off of an offset smoker. .

    Low and slow just doesn't work quite right on a pellet smoker but there are those that want to see white smoke ..
