We’re new to the smoker world & planning a taco night. Anyone have a pork belly or fish taco recipe they love & want to share?!? Tips? Tricks? Advice? We’re flexible on meats so share any must make smoked taco recipes you have- I picked fish because our neighbors love it and they are coming over & my husband loves pork (we already did a pork shoulder as our first smoke so trying to work our way through the cuts).

Thin cut pork steaks marinated and grilled as Al pastor.
Smoked Chuck or Brisket, shredded.
Smoked and braised Beef cheeks for barbacoa.
Smoked and/or braised Beef Tongue aka Lengua.
Flank or Skirt steak marinated any of a half a dozen ways, grilled med rare over very high heat to get some good charring.
Smoked or grilled shredded chicken, thighs or whole bird spatchcocked.
