Smoked up a nice little pork shoulder and made some Tasty Tacos with it. Seasoned with Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Lawrys and salt and pepper.

Then my buddy showed up with some Tri Tip so we threw those on till 125 then seared them over the fire in the firebox to 135. It was a nice afternoon with good food and Friends. Everyone was stuffed! My son said the Tacos put him in a food coma😂😂 so I guess they were good!!
Topped the tacos with Onion Cilantro and Cabbage mixed with some lime juice.

I can see food coma coming out of all that, looks fantastic. We often top our tacos the same, delicious. Nice work.

I was turned on to these sauces a few weeks ago. 3 pack on Amazon for $26. They are organic and very tasty!!
