Not much to do around here but cook. Had some NY strips and some crawfish in the freezer so here goes. Missed out on a few pics. Had alot going on.

Few strips I threw in a marinade of soy, wooster and red pepper flakes.

After the soak took out and hit with coarse black pepper. Some cayenne on mine. I like spicey.

I have about 30lbs of crawfish in the freezer so got a few pounds ready to get their tails pulled off.

Sauteed in some garlic/parmesan butter. Was originally gonna be a cream sauce but no cream so oh well delicious anyways.

Crawfish and butter sauce poured over steaks and we had a pretty tasty meal

Looks dang good ! And never had crawfish before but sure would eat a plate of that.

Looks really good Jake! I have 5lbs of frozen crawfish in my freezer. They’re already cooked. How did you prepare yours?

Looks like a fine meal from here Jake. Nicely done.

Thanks xray. Was tasty. Thaw in fridge overnight. Then you can drop in boiling water for 2 minutes (what I did) or you can steam them. Basically just heating a bit
