Smoked up a couple fatties, 1 beef w/cheese, onions, g-peppers, and bacon. 2nd w/JD sausage, kraut, onions, cheese, bacon. Did some corn, 1st time smoking that. Talk about sweet. very good. Also smoked a couple tators. Used hickory for all of it at 220*. Storms started moving in so had to take off a few deg early. Just foiled it all and let it rest.

TBS(thick black smoke) skeeters were bad!

All plated up

Time to head inside

Glad ya got the smoke in before the storms rolled your way. That grub made my mouth water, really nice smoke ring on the fatty!!!

Great job, stay safe and happy munching!

nice fatties!!! and the rest as well, nice lookin plate!!!

If the skeeters are that bad, maybe you're not smoking enough. My prescription to avoid West Nile Virus: more smoke, more often. Don't worry about the health aspect (cholesterol, etc.); I'm counting on hardened arteries to support my body when my bones get too brittle.
