Pig n blanket shots, Moinks, candied bacon, bacon wrapped king crab leg meat, shrimp crab artichoke wonton cups. That's all we needed for dinner!

Used the expando tube again. Running the smoker at 250. Worked great and seemed to get better burn time than when I tried it during the cheese cold smoke.

Wow Case!! All of that stuff looks excellent. I think that everything looks so good cause the Sous Chef is at the right height to get a close up view!!!

Thanks all! It was a tasty meal. His favorites were the pig in the blanket sausage shots. Personally I liked the Moinks the best.

He sure is! always asking to cook something! He's really into onions right now, and thinks everything needs onions!
So whats your point buddy? Everything does need onions!   LOL   We might need to start a Culinary Arts scholarship on this site 
 
Guys, I heard on the news yesterday this is the last year for the CIA. They are shutting down most of the schools.
