Here are some pictures of our Super Bowl cook!!! The menu was 4 racks of ribs, 8lb pork butt(pulled), 2 whole chickens (pulled), 16 thighs, 9lb homeade brats, 32 Abt's , 1 brisket, fried potatoes, & dutch's beans!! Then there was the stuff not prepared on the smoker, shrim ring, homeade salsa, fruit & dip, & buffalo wing dip!! OH Yeah & smoked 3 1/2 rolls of venison summer sausage 1st try!!!
