just put some chicken breast stuffed with ham, fresh mozz,swiss with a little rub and wrapped in bacon. using apple chunks.also using new thermometer found about 80 degree diff between digital and smoker .will post pic later.
they came out real good. cooked in about 3hrs then finished them off in the oven to get bacon a little crisp. wifes only advice a little more rub as i went lite for her. def one i'm putting in the rotation.will post pic tonight or in the a.m .
