Smoked wings...nothing fancy

We are having a mess of people over this evening and the meal is hors d'oeuvres. I whipped up some smoked wings (apple for smoke, SPG for seasoning). They just came off the grill and smell awesome. People will be here in 5. Here are the pic's from raw to ready to serve.

Buckeyedude Smoker/grill was running about 310F (+/-) and they were cooked for about an hour. I put the wings directly over the coals every now and again to get the skin sizzled just right.
