I double smoked some store bought cured/smoked turkey legs a while ago.

Making a terrine for the NYE party.

Didn't turn it yet , so no pics, but I made a little one with what was left. Didn't have the right ratio so not very pretty.

Also I had some other vegs around so I made a vegetable version too with the leftover liquid.

Not enough colagen in turkey legs so I used some gelatine.

More pics tomorrow.
