Smoked kielbasa

  1. 4 hours between 180 & 200 with a blend of cherry, apple, & a little mesquite.

    Nice looking sausage, Murray! You can't beat Kielbasa for cooking or just with crackers and cheese. It hasn't occured to me to just lay them on the grate instead of hanging. DUH! I'm going to try it.

  19. Thanks guys, I like the grate marks on it. I grilled about 3 lbs up this past weekend and people loved it, I served it with my smoked cheddar cheese great combo.
