I've been known to post a lot of pics. :)
Is there any chance of giving us the recipe for the chorizo. I've been wanting to make some but haven't looked into recipes yet. Thanks in advance.

Dang!!....them's some fat ass bologna chubs...lol......waitin' for the final pics & verdict on baloney which I have yet to try making.....Willie
 
Bologna for lunch.  It was delicous. I will add a little more salt next time and maybe more fresh garlic. 99% of the time I just make cold or hot sandwiches with bologna so once combined with that, it's a good porky bologny flavor.  I might cold smoke the small chub for a few hours just to see how that goes.
