Those look awesome Al... thinking that unit needs to come to the gathering for "show and tell" ...

As for satellite tv... make sure you get an internet connection as well ... LOL

I can see where a second slab could be added...

That rotisserie attachment for the Santa Maria rig on your kettle is the bomb.
Thanks for sharing!

It’s about time Al, I fork mine all the time don’t really see any issues. I can even do two racks at a time.

Thanks for the kind words & the likes Guys!
Hey B, I guess I'm just a slow learner!
Sounds like a winner Keith, I think I could fit the rig in my trunk & all I would need is to use someones kettle.

My thoughts exactly.

Thanks Sparky!
If you think about it, the SM attachment, rotisserie, kettle, is a really inexpensive way to get into SM style cooking. A true SM grill costs $1500+.
I would love to have one, but this setup works just as good!

If you don’t mind me asking, is your Santa Maria attachment and rotisserie by Gabby’s? Looking around on the web, Gabby’s is the only one I could find that resembles yours.

Yes I got it from Gabby's.
It's very well built & will probably out last several kettles.

The ribs and that chicken look great. Love the SantaMaria rig. I’d like to have something like that for my Kamado grill.

Thank-you, you really can't beat the taste of cooking over a wood fire. Maybe they have one for your Kamado. I got it at Gabby's Grills, just google it.
