Just did those pork chops, turned out ok. Tender, tasty, but I think I'm going to go higher heat for a bit longer next time, outside wasn't crispy whatsoever and the meat could have come out warmer. Other than that the unit behaved well! Until next time -

What did you smoke? No Qview?? what did you smoke again? some what? You didn't get the meno with a Qview is like the matches you cann't have fire without either of them. Just Kidding but we do require Qview for a real smoke. after all:
