I normally make spiral dogs, but on these I did make some relief cuts at 12:00 and 6:00 hoping that would make them grab a bit. Plus to get some seasoning in the cuts.

Well somehow I missed this post, not sure how, must have gotten my head stuck in a snow bank! But thanks for the recipe, it looks so good!
And I figured it needed a bump also!
