this may sound dumb or strange and I am good with that.

I made pork tenderloins last night, rubbed in BPS Sweet Money, smoked 180 till 138 IT. OMG I love these! Making them a lot more. No pics - sorry - it was my first attempt and was a bit rushed to get the cook in between work and house crap.

Ah....pork loin. Wonderful cut. Sounds like it met expectations

Pork Tenders have been BOGO here for several months. They are cheap, versatile and if you don't overcook them, delicious. My crew likes them in a Dijon Mustard, Mushroom, Cream Sauce, Steak Diane style...JJ

One of my favorite cuts to do! And they are quick and inexpensive. Glad you tried them out..youll be hooked on them now lol!

Sandy it is all we do now, very seldom do we even bother with a regular pork loin.

As a matter of fact I just did 2 on the Rec Tec Saturday and they turned out fantastically tender and moist. Great smoke ring also - Lumber Jack competition blend pellets with Jeffs rub @225 for a couple of hours.

Due to having to get a bunch of yard work done I didn't get a chance to get any pics.

Yep that is a great cut of meat!
Although we end up buying whole loins instead most of the time.
They are so cheap & if cooked right they just melt in your mouth like a tenderloin.
But I have to admit I do have a 2 pack of tenderloins in the freezer.

Sounds good! Tenderloins are a favorite around here. Grilled, smoked, oven baked, etc...Doesn't matter as long you don't over cook them you are golden!

Wife loved them too! She likes most meats, but not all as much as me. so this is a big win. And they are lean - so hopefully not run my cholesterol up. but the meds are helping too
